What to Expect

You'll find us at the foot of Grierson Hill inside Louise McKinney Park — a historic riverside park with beautiful views of the North Saskatchewan River and downtown Edmonton.

The park is easily accessible from Grierson Hill Road. Once you've parked and walked down to the riverfront, our team will be ready to welcome you.

Arrival Tips

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour or rental time to allow for check-in, waivers, and preparation.

For Segway tours, arriving early also gives you time to enjoy the park before your adventure begins.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather
  • Closed-toe shoes required for all Segway tours (no sandals, flip-flops, or heels)
  • Water bottle
  • Sunscreen during summer months
  • Light jacket for evening tours (temperatures drop near the river after sunset)
